This is Franklin visiting one of his Grandpeople. When he's there, he gets the run of the house when we leave. When he's at home, he's crated. Which is not his fault. He'd be fine running free, but Lola has serious separation anxiety, and everyone (including Lola) is happier when she's crated, and somehow it seems unfair to let him run around when she's in her box. What do you do with your dogs when you're not home?
I guess we're unfair because Mr B is free-range with his tent because he has crate anxiety and Miss M is locked up in the crate. We used to have them both out, but then Miss M would sit on couch, and sometimes use the carpet as her restroom, just because she was being lazy. She actually enjoys being in the crate so we don't feel too bad. Plus, she gets the better Kong because she has to be inside.
ReplyDeleteMaybe we'll try letting Franklin roam around once in a while. Lola does love her crate, but I feel bad...
