Every pack has a pecking order, and ours is no exception. I'm sure most people would take a look at this gang
and quickly assume that the big white dog is running the show.
Wrong. So very wrong. Lola assumes position 3 on the totem pole. This is the alpha.
Lindsey is queen of the castle. She smacks Lola around, and chases Franklin. She loves them both (as well as her sister), and often tries to get them to play with her by writhing around on the floor infront of them.
She also likes to patrol the house, making sure all the prisoners are safe in their cells.
We've learned that its Lindsey's world, and we just live in it.
You too can live in Lindsey's world - like her and the gang on Facebook.
Well at least she is a nice warden, letting the prisoners out of their cells every once in awhile! ;)
ReplyDeletePS - I don't know how I missed adding it before, but I just realized that we met when I joined the Sociabulls walk back in October, so I just added you to the "bloggers I've met" goal on my blog goals page. I felt so silly when I realized I'd neglected to add you (and sweet Lola) to the list!
LOL - yes, you met us briefly on that day when she was wearing her devil horns :)
DeleteThat's hilarious. Are Lindsey's eyes blue or do they just look blue in that photo!? P.S. I posted about cat-dog relations today too! :)
ReplyDeletethey're very very green - it's just the light in that photo. Love your post. Freddie might be her long lost brother.
DeleteAMEN! Our blind cat, Lilly, is the unsuspecting ruler of our house. She will smack the devil out of a dog if they get out of line!
ReplyDeletemamma heartbeat
I love it when the cat runs the show. Some people would never expect it. But us cat owners know that those felines are giant lions in little body's.
ReplyDeleteI swear I don't know the pack order in my house... with two it's hard to tell. Although when there's a foster around it seems pretty clear that Braylon is the top dog, but when it's just her and Hades I can't tell who "the boss" is.
